She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Henry, Elizabeth Goins (Bundy), Ester Pevia and James William Locklear. She is survived by: her husband Jason Milligan; her parents, James Earl and Janett Pevia Goins; her brother Richard Earl Goins (JoAnne); her sibling's children, Logan James Goins and Alaina Michelle Goins; and her close friend Sissy Mylee Locklear. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
