She is survived by : her brother John Henry Bell Jr.; her sister-in-law Helen Marie Jenkins of Reading, PA; her children, Cassandra Rogers of Raleigh, North Carolina, Alonzo Charles Merkerson Jr. of Lynbrook, NY, Natasha Nurse of Long Beach, NY and Shrifa Merkerson of Brooklyn, NY; her granddaughters, Chanisse Ashley Verette of Raleigh, NC and Brittany Nicole Nurse of Long Beach, NY; and her great grandchildren, Zanaria Lindorus and Vaniese Marlonz Hart of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
