With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Amir Attar (Raleigh, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 14, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Amir find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He is survived by: his brother Meir; his significant other Ilana; his sons, Eyal (Leslie) and Ron (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Talia, Avi, Rachel, David, Emily and Adam.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Brown-Wynne Funeral Home (1701 E Millbrook Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609).
