She is survived by : her husband Bernard Louis Hardy, Jr.; her siblings, Deborah Frena, Eric Avery (Billie Alexander Avery) and Sarah Perich (Greg Perich); her nieces and nephews, Georganna Frena, Samantha Levitt, Erin Avery and James Avery (Tammy Avery); her great-nieces, Kathryn Avery, Evelyn and Arianna Perich; her uncle William T. Ballard; her stepchildren, Susan Harrison (Rusty) of Houston, TX, Janet Voorhees (Kevin) of Hoover, AL and John Hardy (Stephanie) of Corvallis, OR.; and her grandchildren, Katherine, Sarah Voorhees, Samuel and Eli Hardy.

Donations in her memory may be made to Pretty in Pink, for assistance to breast cancer patients, or to the American Cancer Society.
