It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Wilbur Woodhouse (Raleigh, North Carolina), born in Mount Airy, North Carolina, who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Barry Andrew; his parents, Wilbur and Eunice; and his siblings, Wilson and Betty Jane.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Jane Woodhouse Summers; his children, Anna Jane Woodhouse Summers and Eddie Woodhouse; his grandchildren, John Andrew, Taylor Ann, Melissa Jo, Will, Hunter Jane, Morgan, Anna Lee, Maggie and Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Ivory, Max, Allie, Lucy, Luke and Annie.
In lieu of flowers, Woodhouse requested that contributions be made to AGAPE of NC (AgapeOfNC.org), Church of Christ Disaster Relief (DisasterReliefEffort.org) and Carolina Bible Camp (CarolinaBibleCamp.org).
