She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carson Ouzts and Louise Davis Ouzts; and her sister Carolyn Ouzts Mayhew. She is survived by: her husband Robert Harold Martin, Jr.; her children, Elizabeth "Libby" Dowell (Tim) of Boone, Robert Harold "Bobby" Martin III (Gloria) of Raleigh and Sara "Sims" McCorkle of Greensboro; and her grandchildren, Owen, Sallie and Carey Dowell.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Christ Baptist Church (400 Newton Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615). A memorial service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
