It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Marie Sauls Allen in Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel T. Sauls and Ernest J. Sauls. She is survived by: her husband William R. Allen (Bill); her children, Kim Milian (Chuck) of Raleigh, NC and Vance Allen (Jana) of Goldsboro, NC; her grandsons, Joshua Milian (Natalie) of Covington, LA and Caleb Milian (Emma Grace) of Hephzibah, GA; her siblings-in-law, Dwight Allen of Raleigh, Robin Allen of Raleigh, Frances Allen, Joyce Sauls of Goldsboro and Peggy Sauls of Raleigh; her cousins, Lauren, Aissatou and Taylor; and also, Bill, Carolina, Watching and Gunsmoke.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Brown Wynne Funeral Home (1701 E Millbrook Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
