He is survived by: his parents, Benjamin Brookhart and Meredith Elizabeth Porter Brookhart; his siblings, Brianna, Morgan, Adam and Charlotte; his grandparents, Steven Brookhart (Carrie), Karen Tombaugh (late Larry), Allen and Betty Porter; his aunts, Trish Hopkins (Chris), Monika Kearns (Jason) and Cammie Lassiter (Joey); and his friend Patricia White (late Linwood).
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Summit Church - Capital Hills (3901 Msn Rdg Rd, Raleigh, NC 27616). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
