She was predeceased by : her parents, James Russell and Inez Bailey; and her brother James Russell Bailey, Jr.. She is survived by : her husband Harold Ray Watson; her daughter Alisa Bowen Jernigan (Steve); her grandson Jonathan Bowen Jernigan of Opelika, Alabama; and her sisters, Barbara Bailey Brummett of Southaven and Margaret Bailey Hall of Irving. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
