She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Watkins Turner and Mary "Molly" Williams Turner; and her sister Betty Jean Norwood. She is survived by: her husband William Howard Haithcock, Jr.; her children, Melinda Haithcock, Annette Vickery (Vic), Kimberly Freeman, Bill Haithcock (Susan) and Chuck Haithcock (Susan); her grandsons, Cory Freeman, Bryce Freeman, Dylan Freeman (Bryce) and Roy Vickery; and her sister-in-law Theda Woodlief. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
