She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Wilson Lowrance, Sr.; her former husband Marvin Behrndt; her parents, James Harrison Petet and Lilly Walker Petet; her siblings, Montene Powell, Imogene Merritt, Christene Hackney and James Petet; and her siblings' children, Carol Withrow and Mike Merritt.
She is survived by: her children, Hal Lowrance (Brenda) and Lecia Lowrance Martin of Raleigh, NC.; and her sisters, Shirley Nations (Harold) and Jessie Ratcliff. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
