She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Costanzo and Viriginia Salem (Sarris); her aunts, Harriet Savard (Gerald Savard) and Lieutenant Colonel Mary Sarris; her grandfather Charles Sarris; her uncle Harry Sarris; her cousin James Valace; and her siblings-in-law, Alexandra (Fotiu), John, Fredericka Fotiu and Milton.
She is survived by: her husband Foti Fotiu; her daughter Thea Fotiu Howell; her son-in-law Neal Howell; her granddaughter Alanna of Raleigh; her sisters-in-law, Helen (Fotiu) and Polikseni Fotiu; and her cousins, Harry Savard and Pamela Valace (Savard). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Theresa may be honored with donations to the philanthropic charity she was so endeavored to, The Ladies Philoptochos Society of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Raleigh, North Carolina or to the Alzheimer's Association.
