She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, William Allen Shearon and Pella Mae Sanders Shearon; her husband John E. Hawkins, Jr.; her children, Robert A. Hawkins (Sherry) and Jennifer Hawkins Joyner (Charles); her grandchildren, Josh, Jon, Justin Joyner and Deana Hawkins; and her sister Sandra Shearon Hardy (Harvey).
