He is survived by: his parents, James Ray Bullard and Wendy Bullard; his uncle Bug; his siblings, James Bullard of Raeford, Alexander Jacobs of Pembroke, Garrett Bullard of Red Springs, Princess Bullard (Jonathan) of Greensboro and Gabrielle Bullard of Red Springs; his grandparents, Wendell Bullard of Maxton, Clayton, Dora Mae Bullard of Maxton, Furman, Tina Locklear of Wagram, Pattie and David Strickland of Lumberton; and his siblings' children, Halona Brooks, Minyahia Webb, Jonathan Brooks, Jr. and Lakota Locklear.
