Locklear of Maxton, Vanessa Locklear of Maxton, Mattie Bell Locklear of Pembroke and Donetta Kearns of Lumberton; his grandchildren, Alyssa McMillan, Kaitlyn McMillan, Selena McMillan and Leah Cranford (Lena Cummings); his great grandchild Jamal Jr. Underwood; and his close friend Flora Jones.
