He was predeceased by: his parents, Winford Rogers and Helen D. Locklear; his wife Betty Lou Rogers; and his son Courtney Rogers. He is survived by: his siblings, Earl Rogers of Baltimore, Carlton Locklear of Red Springs, Grace Cochran of Red Springs, Merline Locklear of Red Springs and Jeanette Chavis of Red Springs; and his granddaughter April Rogers.
