She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles C. Roberts and Eunice Simmons Roberts; her husband James "Jimmy" Jones; and her brothers, Charles C. Roberts, Jr. and Richard L. Roberts.

She is survived by : her nieces, Cynthia L. Higham (Bruce) of Warsaw, IN and Eunice M. Nickolson (Steve) of Wake Forest, NC; and her nephew Stephen D. Roberts of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by three great nieces, two great nephews and two great great nieces.
