He is survived by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Moore; his wife Wendy Pierce Cook; his children, Sarah Elizabeth Cook, Nikolas Lucas, Jacob Lucas and Nellie Lucas; his sisters, Pam Wilson (Devin) and June Dunn (Shawn); and his nieces and nephews, Brittney Manuel (Corey), Kimberlyn Cook (Alex), Dylan Dunn (Julia), Noah Wilson (Maggie) and Caleb Wilson. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews.
