He is survived by: his wife Patsy Blackwell; his sons, Billy Parker and James Parker; his grandchildren, Kimberly Roach, Kids Skyy, Haiden Martin, India Parker, Aleiah Parker, Elexus Blackwell and Donnie Deshawn Blackwell; his siblings' children, Aubrey Withers of Sam Gwynn, J. T and Terry Blackwell; and his siblings, Edward Blackwell (Alberta), Larry Blackwell (Gaynell), Patricia Ann Bushnell (Joe) and Debra B. Hairston (Timothy). He is also survived by ten great great-grandchildren.
