As Lula Bell Winchester departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lula Bell Winchester. Though Lula Bell Winchester may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Winchester and Sarah Whitsett Winchester; and her husband John Pratt. She is survived by: her daughter Renee Pratt; and her sisters, Carolyn McNebb (Cesar) and Ella Mae Morehead. She is also survived by 9 granchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mariah United Holy Church (127 McCoy Rd, Reidsville, NC 27320). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
