Margaret Stone Hobbs Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Stone Hobbs of Reidsville, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 6, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Numa M. Stone and Lucy Strader Stone; her husband Hugh Hunter Hobbs; and her sisters, Louise Hobbs and Frances Daniel.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Setliff (Tim); her granddaughters, Michelle Wilson (Mark) and Leslie Russell (Bryan); her great grandchildren, Jordan Wilson (US), Sophia Wilson, Paisley, Pierce and Bella Blue Russell; her great great grandchild Finn Wilson; and her niece Carolyn Pillar.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home (1909 Richardson Dr, Reidsville, NC 27320). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials maybe made to Fairview Baptist Church Building Fund, 2531 Flat Rock Road, Reidsville, NC 27320 or the charity of your choice.
