Though Mary Margaret Thompson may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Thompson, Jr. and Ethel Crofts Thompson; and her sister Lougenia "Genie" Thompson Gaines. She is survived by: her daughter Donna V. Montgomery; and her brothers, Rev. Nathaniel "N. A." Thompson, III (Joanne), William "Bill" P. Thompson (Peggy) and Charles S. Thompson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
