He is survived by: his wife Tillie Sartin Underwood; his sons, Wallace Underwood (Kay) and Kenneth Underwood (Julie); and his grandchildren, Leah Underwood Jordan, Brett Underwood and Katherine "Katie" Underwood Dailey.
