She was predeceased by : her parents, Linwood Cone and Susan Carlisle Cone; and her siblings, Jimmy, Rudy, Michael, Ralph Cone, Alice Cone, Janice Cone, Vivian Vaughan and Gladys Vaughan.

She is survived by : her husband Charles; her sons, Charles Lassiter Jr. (Ginger) of Rich Square, Linwood Lassiter (Lisa) of Rich Square and Ricky Lassiter of Jackson; her grandchildren, James Lassiter, Mindy Lassiter, Kayla Ricks and Tina Lassiter; her great grandchildren, Maci Ricks, Cheyanne Ricks and Aiden Lassiter; and her sisters, Sudie "Carol" Vaughan and Pansy Nordan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
