It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Burden Bazemore Lewis of Rich Square, North Carolina, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Jessie Edward Bazemore and Okie Leigh Butler Bazemore; her husband Onis Wilbur Lewis; and her sisters, Janice Barber, Hilda Mae Lassiter and Jessie Leigh Lassiter.

She is survived by : her nephew Albert Lassiter (Carolyn) of Windsor, NC. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the family will plan a celebration of life memorial service at a later time.
