He was predeceased by: his parents, Hebert "Jim" and Bertie Horne; and his siblings, Alvis Horne and Eleanor Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Horne; his children, Anthony Horne and Ashley Horne (Tonia); his grandchildren, Amber Gwynn (William), Alyssa Williams, Chase Horne, Kaiden Atchinson, Nate Horne and Will Horne; his great grandchildren, Kendall Lanier, Jackson Lanier, Coleman Gwynn and Lawton Gwynn; and his siblings, Alton Horne (Peggy), Ranzor Horne (Ann), Charles Horne (Phyllis), Iris Pittman and Jimmy Horne (Sheryl).
