She is survived by: her stepson Henry Closson, Jr of Eden; her siblings, Robert Grymes of Virginia Beach and Patricia Slade of Virginia Beach; her pet Sugar Ray; her grandchildren, Chris, Veronica, Billie, Jule, Bridget, Gary, Ellis, Jessica, Ginger, Jessi and Quentin; and her daughter Kim.
