She was predeceased by: her mother Daisy Collier; her husband Reginald B. Pepper; her sister Doris Flemming; her son Larry Wayne Pepper; and her great grandchildren, Chase Powell and Sidney Rook.
She is survived by: her children, David Pepper (Faye), Bobby Lee Pepper and Brenda Pepper Powell (Wayne) of Roanoke Rapids, NC. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
