He is survived by: his mother Dot Green; his wife Katie Garner Green; his daughter Kristen Green Keeter (Gray); his grandsons, Seth, Reed and Clay; his sister Carolann Wade (Rob) of Cary, NC; and his sibling's children, Laura Hartley (Adam) of Greensboro, NC, Sarah Wade of Cary and Ben Wade of Raleigh, NC..
