With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Faye Massey (Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina), who passed away on May 11, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lester Jones, Sr. and Eula Litha Capps Jones; her sister Brenda Butts; and her granddaughter Victoria Lynn Massey. She is survived by: her children, Samuel Milton Massey and Amanda Faye Newsome (Billy); her grandchildren, Rachel Lynn Massey, Madison Russell and Justin Russell; her stepgranddaughters, Isabella Newsome and Amber Hannah; her siblings, Bobby Jones (Edna), Jimmy Jones, Jane Moore of Roanoke Rapids and Margaret Rooker of Airlee; and her pets, Bitty, Pup and Dixie Red.
Due to CDC recommendations for COVID-19, (social distancing and decrease in group gatherings), the funeral home will restrict attendance numbers for all services at this time.
