He is survived by: his parents, Claude E. Meadows, Sr and Ella Irene Fisher Meadows; his children, Claude Lee Meadows (Tina Wood Meadows) of Roanoke Rapids, Gary Hall Meadows of Richmond, Margaret M. Vaughn (Bernice) of Roanoke Rapids and Cindy M. Barrett (Billy) of Garysburg; and his siblings, Charles Meadows of Seaboard, Genevieve Pollard, Marie Lewis (Billy) of Roanoke Rapids, Jackie King, Eva Lewis of Newport News and Edith Evans of Winston-Salem. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
