Carlisle (Rudy) of Halifax, NC; his siblings, Dwayne Louis Balmer of Roanoke Rapids and Jennifer B. Millaway (Jon Michael) of Winterville, NC; his grandparents, Virginia Cribb and Louis "Frog" Ellis of Roanoke Rapids; his brother-in-law Michael Fahey, Sr. of Roanoke Rapids; his siblings' children, Michael Fahey, Jr., Joseph Fahey, Mason Fahey, Natalie Fahey, Codie Parrish, Caitlin Parrish, Savannah Nicholson, Morgan Bishop, Vivian Griffin, Anthony Balmer and Billy Balmer; and his friends, Antonio Hightower, Debra Grady, Ashley Deaton and Rhianna Bryant.
