She is survived by: her husband Kelvin Newsome; her father William "Billy" Hobbs; her daughter Jessica Mabrey (Brandon); her brother Roy Glenn Hobbs; her mother-in-law Betty Newsome of Roanoke Rapids; her brother-in-law Rodney Newsome (Joyce) of Dinwiddie, VA; her sisters, Delores Nowell (Mark) of Roanoke Rapids and Mary Keeter (Charles) of Alaska; and her grandchildren, Kayla, Bryce Mabrey, Wyatt, Gage and Madilyn Newsome.
