She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis H. Brickell and Mary Elizabeth Miles Brickell; her sons, Russell L. Brickell and Louis E. Brickell; her grandson Joshua R. Jean; and her siblings, Eugenia Tillery, Carol Crowder, Alice Sykes and Fletcher Brickell (Babe).
She is survived by: her children, Steve W. Brickell (Cindy) of Richmond, VA, David R. Jean (Billie) of Drewryville, VA and Donna J. Patterson (Ray) of Roanoke Rapids, NC; her siblings, Charles B. Brickell of Emporia, VA, Shirley Blount (Buddy) of Fla, Nora Wilson (Jerry) of Fla, Betty Stroud of Chesterfield, VA and Charlotte Brickell of Halifax, NC; and her grandchildren, Rodney Brickell, Wendy Simpson, Angela Bristow, Audrey Jean, Tanya Brickell, Crystle Atkinson, Edward Jean and Cheyenne Patterson. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
