He is survived by: his close friends, Cliff Daniel and Jimmy Bohannon; his wife Martha Blanchard; his son Tim Blanchard (Joan) of Roanoke Rapids; his grandchild Ashley Blanchard; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Price and Brian Marcus Chappell; his close friends, Barbara, Jim Carter and Connie Daniel; and his nieces, Susan Staton and Ann Goodrow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
