He is survived by: his wife Theresa Kaiser Webb (Terry); his daughters, Virginia Rose Webb and Grace LaVon Webb; and his siblings, Richard, Helen Webb, Larry, Louise Webb, Sallie Butts, Bubba Inscoe, Patricia Meyer, Diane and Jerry Bogart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
