He is survived by: his daughter Betty Ann Tanner; his close friend Andy Branch of Morganton, NC; his grandchildren, Shonda Snider (Frank) of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Joshua Johnson of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Crystal Johnson of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his great grandchildren, Tyler Snider, Destiny Snider and Bolton, III; and his great great grandchild Anastasia Van Aernam.
