He was predeceased by: his mother Gertrude Snowdean Eason Finch; and his brother Timmy Finch. He is survived by: his father Howerton C. Finch, Sr. of Weldon; his sons, Anthony Finch of Wilmington, Michael Ogburn and Troy Ogburn; his siblings, Gene Finch, Mike Finch, Angela Wright (Phillip) of Roanoke Rapids and Priscilla Edwards (Dennis) of Roanoke Rapids; his siblings' children, Melissa, Joy, Samantha, Tina, Jacob and Wayne; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayla, Kyra, Kaelyn, Paisleigh, Bryson, Jadon and Liam.
