She was predeceased by: her parents, Maidie Keeter and Edward Deward Hawkins, Sr.; and her husband Vernon Pittard. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Pittard (Jean) of Roanoke Rapids and Randy Pittard (Debbie) of Zebulon, NC; and her grandsons, Gregory Pittard and Eric Pittard (Ashlee Sherwood).
