He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Harrell Watts; his children, Jesse Ray Watts, Jr. of Garner, NC, Tommy Watts (Marsha) of Washington, NC, David Watts (Ashley) of Durham, NC and Melanie Blackmon (Chuck) of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his brothers, Wilbur Watts (Joyce) of Newport News, VA and Walter Watts (Betty) of Roanoke Rapids; his grandchildren, Daisy, Delaney Watts of Durham, NC, Kayla, Libby Watts of Knoxville, TN, Gabrielle Blackmon of Roanoke Rapids, Trae Watts, Nicholas and Alex Blackmon of Memphis, TN; his great grandchild Charlie Ann Watts of Knoxville, TN; and his friend Clyde Rook of Greenville, NC.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
