He was predeceased by: his son Thomas Lee Harp; and his siblings, Alfred Lee Harp and Margie Harp Ferguson. He is survived by: his wife Helen Hawkins Harp; his son Timothy Lynn Harp of Roanoke Rapids; his grandchildren, Tammy Harp McGill (Kevin) of Goldsboro, Elizabeth Harp Furrow (Josh) of Gulf Breeze and Thomas Wilson Harp of Pensacola; and his great grandchildren, Morgan S. Waddell and Jack Thomas Dalton.
