He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Moseley and Ruth Bennett Moseley; his former wife Shirley Moseley; his wife Elsie Griffies Moseley; his daughter Cynthia Blythe; and his siblings, Lois Acree, Dorothy Allen, Corene Hammack, Virgie Parks and Melvin Moseley.

He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Jackson (Andy) of Roanoke Rapids and Diane Taylor (Bud) of Roanoke Rapids; his son-in-law Gene Blythe (Raven) of Littleton; his siblings, Sam Moseley (Beulah), Barbara Ann Ransom, Herman Moseley (Ruth) and Carolyn Moseley; his grandchildren, Tina Barnes (Jerry), Mark Freeman (Alice), Brian Brantley (Christi), Andrea Jackson (Lee) and Aaron Jackson; his stepgranddaughter Nicole Garner (Ted); his great grandchildren, Ryan Barnes, Cassie Barnes, Ayden Brantley, Ashton Freeman and Austin Brantley; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Harley Shearin, Morgan Bankert, Lauren Garner, Tripp Garner and Lucas Howell.

Social distancing and masks will be required to attend the service and visitation.
