He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hood Barfield, Sr. and Clara Louise Oakley Barfield. He is survived by: his sister Paula Barfield Burton (Ashby Jeffries Burton III) of Littleton; and his nephew Ashby Jeffries Burton IV of Clemson. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
