Ray Hockaday Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Hockaday of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, who passed away on June 11, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Ray Hockaday, Sr. and Dorothy Green Hockaday; his sister Susan Ellen Hockaday; his uncle W. B. "Bill" Green; and his aunt Mary G. Jones.
He is survived by: his sister Marilyn Harding (Jim) of Raleigh; and his aunt Dorothy "Dot" Green of Roanoke Rapids. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to CDC recommendations for COVID-19, (social distancing is encouraged as well as a decrease in group gatherings).
