He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Keith Wheeler and Diane James Powell (Robert); his children, Skye Ann Wheeler, Richard "Hubba" Wheeler and Bryan Keith Wheeler; his pet Lady Girl; his foster sister Renee LeBlanc (Chris); his brothers, D. J. Powell, Michael Powell (Adrienne) and Robbie Powell (Heather); and his grandparents, Margariet Wheeler and Russell James. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
