She is survived by: her husband Richard Clifton "Cliff" Riggan, Jr.; her sons, Richard Riggan, III (Wendy) of Roanoke Rapids, David Riggan (Susan) of Littleton, NC and Eric Riggan (Miranda) of Gasburg, VA; her grandchildren, Jordy, Aaron, Michael and Evan; her stepgrandchildren, Amber, Bill and Jamie; her great grandchildren, Cameron and Addison; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jonathan Jr., Allison, Jocelyn, Gracie, Blake Daisy, Hunter, Connor, Caleb and Noah; and her close friends, Brenda Porter and Tracy Spain.
