He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Thomas Wheeler and Elizabeth Parks Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Mae E. Wheeler; his sons, Thomas Edison "Eddie" Wheeler, Jr. (Debbie) of Grifton and Bryan Everette Wheeler of Winterville; his grandson Christopher Bryan Wheeler; his great grandchild Everett David Wheeler; his sister Dorothy E. Wheeler; and his niece Leah Everette. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
