He was predeceased by : his sister Tiffany Nicole Faison; his aunt Michelle Durance Gums; his grandparents, John Thomas Yawn, Betty Tart Conner and Russell Gene Conner; his great-grandparents, Mavis and Brooks Tart; and also, Homer and Minnie Yawn.

He is survived by : his mother Cheryl Livesay; his siblings, Sherry Hux Bankert, Charles Hux and Scotty Livesay; his father Timothy Graham Hux Sr.; his aunts, Sharon Durance Jenkins and Kim Tart; and his nieces and nephews, Skylar Finney, Alissa Balmer, Cadence Jones, Serenity Faison, Jason Smith, Zachary Balmer, Thomas Balmer, Maddox Hux, Jackson Hux and Aidan Hux.
