He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Ray, Norris, Jr. (Monica) and Randy Blake; his grandchildren, Haley Duncan, Riley Norris and Seth Norris; his brother Bobby Norris (Sherri) of Mobile, AL; his uncle Clifton Riggan; and his former wife Marie Lowe of Gaston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
