She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Beroth and Mary Smith Beroth; her husbands, Forest Herndon Church and William Conrad Fox Jr.; and her brothers, Smith Beroth, A. W. Beroth Jr. and Eddie P. Beroth.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Forest Herlocker (Tom) and Robert Wesley Church (Linda); her grandchildren, Jason Forest Herlocker, Mollie Herlocker Perez (Tony), Michael Robert Herlocker, Ashley Elizabeth Church and Kyle Wesley Church; her great grandchildren, Mary Caroline Perez, Maggie Elizabeth Perez and Lucas Matthew Perez; her sister Anne Lee Weddle; and her sister-in-law Renate Beroth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
